The ZipLocal team headed down to Las Vegas this week for the annual Business Expo! The expo took place on Wednesday June 10. We debuted our new trade show booth and it was a hit! It definitely took some teamwork to figure out how to set up the new backdrop- luckily we work together effectively at ZipLocal!
We spent the day networking with fellow Chamber members and showcasing our ZipUp and ZipSocial products to local business owners. Many expo attendees were interested in learning more about the values of social media and search engine optimization in business. The ZipLocal team shared valuable information and explained our wide range of business solutions.
Part of what made our trade show booth so popular was the layout. We pushed the table all the way to the back, and our team members used the space to talk to attendees. This setup was so effective that there was even a short line to talk to ZipLocal team members! Our swag was pretty enticing too: we gave away screen cleaners, chap sticks, water bottles, luggage tags, candy and even portable phone chargers!
After an awesome day at the expo, the team relaxed at the Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill. It was great to sit down with everyone, have a burger, and talk about the event. Everyone viewed it as a success overall and we’re excited to implement what we’ve learned at future trade shows!
