Our History

50 Years of Marketing Success

1971

Phone Directories Company is founded as a Yellow Pages provider.

2010

The company rebrands as ZipLocal and expands into digital marketing, including website development.

2013

ZipLocal is acquired by Kevin Shea, who becomes CEO and Executive Chairman.

2014

ZipLocal launches SEO and social media marketing services.

2016

We launched our Customer Success team to better support and grow with our customers.

2022

Stephanie Colfack is promoted to CEO and President of ZipLocal.

2024
ZipLocal completes its transition into a fully digital marketing agency.

2025 and Beyond

ZipLocal continues to evolve, staying ahead of industry trends.

Stephanie Colfack

Stephanie Colfack

President & CEO

Stephanie is a results-oriented leader experienced in building high-performing teams. She has a BS in Accounting from Utah State University and an MBA from Western Governors University. She successfully steered ZipLocal through a pivotal digital evolution, shifting the company from traditional print and digital advertising to a focused, cutting-edge, digital-first approach.
Outside of her professional life, Stephanie enjoys quality time with her family. She is an avid learner and is always eager to learn a new skill. She also enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures, spin classes, cycling, and yoga.

Director of Digital Fulfillment

Since 2004, I've been immersed in digital marketing, starting with website sales. That experience taught me the importance of strategy, leading me to years of agency work and SEO expertise. I'm committed to helping American businesses grow, and I approach every challenge with a fresh perspective.

Exploring Utah's backroads in my 4x4, playing guitar with my band, and spending time with family and friends – that's what fills my life. I'm a proud Utahn and American, driven by adventure and a love for music.

Troy possesses extensive experience in IT System Administration and Support. He has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Utah Valley University and enjoys learning about innovative technology.
When he's not keeping our systems in top shape, Troy enjoys exploring the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
Mikki Hogan

Mikki Hogan

Digital Production Manager

With over 20 years at ZipLocal, Mikki has spent the last 13 specializing in website development and digital marketing, helping businesses grow and connect with their audiences. She loves working closely with clients to create strategies that fit their needs and set them up for success.
Outside of work, you’ll find her listening to indie-folk music, tackling a new knitting project, baking and spending time with her husband, three dogs, and two cats.
Mikki Hogan

Anna Larson

Assistant Controller

Anna studied at the University of Utah and has 25 years of experience in Accounting and Payroll. Professionally, nothing makes her happier than finding customer-centric solutions from data.
In addition to her passion for spreadsheets and reconciliations Anna loves spending time with her daughter, supporting her daughter's love of animals & insects. She also loves spending time in the Yellowstone region, and cleaning to loud music.
